Who is Eligible?

Any resident of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, Kenosha, Dodge or Jefferson County who is eligible for BadgerCare Plus coverage may select Abri Health Plan as their HMO. Residents of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties who are at least 19 years of age who receive Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) are also eligible.
