10 County Expansion

Abri Health Plan is pleased to announce its newest expansion into Green Lake, Lincoln, Marathon, Marquette, Oconto, Oneida, Portage, Shawano, Vilas and Waushara counties beginning May 1, 2010!

Abri is a Medicaid HMO and prides itself in being "Your Neighborhood Health Plan" as it is locally owned and operated in West Allis, Wisconsin. Abri has been in existent since 2004 and currently operates in 23 counties throughout Southeastern and Northern Wisconsin. Abri is dedicated to providing quality health care to Wisconsin residents that are insured through BadgerCare Plus, Medicaid SSI as well as the Childless Adult Population. As a result of Abri's commitment to quality care Abri recently received its fourth 2 year contract with the State of Wisconsin to continue serving Wisconsin residents!

Abri believes that everyone should have their health care needs met with dignity and respect. Abri understands the needs of its members are far more extensive than occasional doctor visits. With that in mind Abri also offers 24 hour customer service, Care Coordination for SSI members, Disease Management, Community Outreach, and Prenatal Care Coordination. To best meet the needs of residents in the newest service areas Abri has expanded its provider networks to include, Bellin Health Care Systems, Community Health Network, Ministry Health Care, and ThedaCare Physician Partners. These provider networks are complemented by various local hospitals and ancillary providers.
